Terms of Use

Overview

VectorLab is a biomechanic assessment and evaluation tool designed for fitness and coaching professionals. It is not a medical device. By creating an account or using the VectorLab mobile app or web platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use VectorLab. The platform is intended for professional use by coaches, trainers, and fitness professionals. By using VectorLab you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account Terms

  • One account per person. Do not share your credentials.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions & Billing

VectorLab requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions may be purchased through the web platform (processed by Stripe) or through the Apple App Store (as an in-app purchase).

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • For web/Stripe subscriptions: manage billing, cancel, or update your payment method via the account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • For Apple App Store subscriptions: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase.
  • Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple per their refund policies.
  • If your subscription lapses, access is suspended but your data is preserved. Renewing restores access to your existing data.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misrepresent VectorLab output as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Do not attempt to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer systems or data you are not authorized to use.
  • Do not use VectorLab for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content, evaluation rules, exercise suggestion logic, and software comprising VectorLab are the proprietary property of VectorLab. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. Evaluation rules and logic are processed server-side only and are never transmitted to client devices.

Data & Privacy

Your use of VectorLab is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Exercise suggestions are generated from coach-configured rules and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. VectorLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorLab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the in-app account deletion option or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use VectorLab ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
