About VectorLab

Meet the Founders

VectorLab grew out of two decades of hands-on work with elite athletes. These are the people who built it.

Donnie Raimon
Co-Founder

Donnie Raimon

  • Navy SEAL, 15 years
  • Applied biomechanics
  • Elite athlete performance

While serving 15 years as a Navy SEAL, Donnie turned a career-altering neck injury into the foundation of his life’s work. When conventional medicine failed him, he learned from early pioneers of applied biomechanics to successfully resolve his own dysfunction.

Inspired by that experience, Donnie has spent the last two decades helping elite athletes return to peak performance, including LeBron James, Serena Williams, Dwyane Wade, Chris Paul, A'ja Wilson, and Donovan Mitchell. Today, through VectorLab, Donnie is making the same proven assessment and corrective training methods accessible to everyone.

Jarrod Bonsmann, PhD
Co-Founder

Jarrod Bonsmann, PhD

  • PhD
  • Former mechanical engineering professor
  • Medical device developer

Jarrod and Donnie joined forces a decade ago. A former mechanical engineering professor and medical device developer, Jarrod partnered with Donnie to add further scientific rigor to Donnie’s assessment and training methodology.

Together they created an educational platform to help health & wellness professionals learn and apply these principles. Driven by the belief that these proven methods should be accessible to everyone, not just elite athletes or a select few, Jarrod helped create VectorLab to make that vision a reality.
